Up for sale is a very nice antique Armoire / Wardrobe. It is oak. Probably cerca 1920's. Nothing broken about unit. Non smoker / pet home. All the drawers are working good and the doors work good as well. The locks do not work. It stands about 5' tall is about 3' wide and about 17" deep. Not much else I can say about it. If you have any questions give me a call at or email me. I will be out of town wed - fri so I won't have access to email for those days. I Prefer local pickup in Fredericksburg, Va., which is 1/2 way between Washington DC, and Richmond, Va.. I can deliver up to 200 miles for $1.25 / loaded mile, NON REFUNDABLE DELIVERY FEE AND 25% TO BE PAID UP FRONT BASED ON MILEAGE ESTIMATE VIA MAPQUEST. T is no shipping, so please don't ask me to crate up and ship because it is simply out of the question. It is way to much trouble for me. 25% deposit via paypal within 24 hours of auction close, and the rest in cash or paypal upon pickup. Pickup / delivery arrangements must be made within 7 days.
