Antique Oak Library Table with Drawer-Stunning! Up for auction is an absolutely stunning Antique Tiger Oak Library Table with center Drawer from the early 1900's. This library table came from the home of a prominent local attorney and had been in his family since he was a small child. The naturally aged honey-brown patina is absolutely stunning. I have seen many Library Tables in my day but rarely do I see a table like this in such fantastic condition. The wood grain is absolutely beautiful and the legs are good and solid and were turned and hand carved. The right rear leg does have a small crack at the bottom that has opened up from drying over the years. It is not noticeable when you place the table against the wall and does not affect the structural integrity of the the table at all, in fact the former owner is seventy-five now and says it was t as far back as he can remember. This table also has a single center drawer. It glides easily in and out and has been dove-tailed together (see photo). Measuring: 38" inches wide, by 26" inches deep, by 29" inches tall, this wonderful library table will fit almost anyw We all look long and hard for wonderful items like this so don't let this table get away from you.
