Antique Oak Wood and Twine Accessory Stool. Mission Influence. Unique. Early Vintage. Well, I found another piece I got a l-o-n-g time ago (decades). It's been tucked away for quitea while now. It had a "place" in past arrangements; with certain other decor. No longer so.Hope someone else is out there, who will assume stewardship, also really liking it. It's a dandy.I've always leaned toward ageless (old or new), handmade, unique, creative pieces. This onemeets those attributes. In addition, you can add your own creativity in how you use it- even ifto use as a seat for a favorite doll, or... maybe to set your boots or newspaper on.Would be very easy (on the eyes) as a Country style planter stand.It's very diminutive in terms of scale; easily disappearing into the decor. It's un-restored.It's also Super-Strong. The legs and (covered) frame are all Hardwood (OAK). The early, durabletwine used is thick and tight. There is a close-up shot of where an only fray exists. One other thing- You'll notice some pale color spots on it here-and-there. I decided to leave it be,chalking it up to character. What you're seeing is the dribble and fingerprints of some buffoon(b4 me, ha-ha) who, carefully or not, chose to use it for a paint chore.
