Antique Oil on Canvas PEKINGESE Dog Portrait Oak Frame!

Great find! An antique oak frame with oil on canvas of a Pekingese Dog - large - canvas measures 20 x 24 / overall frame is 24 x 28 inches. The canvas is attached to the stretcher with tacks, see photo. As found, a bit dusty, needs to be wiped down. No rips or tears, t is a white mark near the snout, and a line that runs across, may have had something lightly scrape it. Great piece for the antique dog collectors - I believe this is a pekingese, though it also looks like a pomeranian, yorkie, cavalier king charles spaniel too? Frame is in o.k. condition, needs a polish or switch frames if you like. Frame has some nicks and cracks. Definitely has age - great vintage piece!
