Unique Old Antique Wood Wheel Gameboard This is a super old paint Carnival Wheel if you like to hang unusual colorful gameboards of the past on your walls. I hauled this out from the midwest barn and it is fresh to the market! It does not fit with my bearskin rug in the Sierras so it is up for auction along with my awesome old cow weathervane. The old wood roulette style wheel has numbers on both sides which may have been some sort of gambling game. They are in a different design on each side along with nails on one side. When the wheel was spun the pointer would end up between one of the nails hopefully winning the lucky player a big chunk of money.The middle of the wood has a hole for some type of stand with four holes to spin it around, probably metal. A really fun whimsical gameboard. I love the folk art carving of the arms of this piece and have not come across another like it. The paint color is very appealing in mustard sage and reds. It is a thick wood wheel the size of the old wagon wheels, 32" in diameter.T are pics of both sides and some paint wear on edges as expected. Guaranteed original.
