Very Old and Beautiful Half Hull This is a 24in. wood builder's model half hull. It is 100% original and old. I purchased this in a n Eastern Shore of Virginia antique sho p about 30 years ago and it has been in my collection ever since. Due to my age and the need to downsize, I am selling some personal items. Please review the pictures in detail as they clearly show better detail that I can describe and t hey clearly depict the age and beauty. This half hull shows original builder's marks and figures. Sections are held together by screws. There is some very minor separation of wood sections seen in the bow, but this does not detract from the beauty. You can only see this from on top looking down or straight on from the bow. I believe the model was for a large fishing vessel , but am not positive . There are some scratches, dings, etc. but that's to be expected on an item like this antique half hull.
