This is an original oil painting of Jesus. As shown it is in need of repair, and would be well worth it. It measures the frame= 24" x 21" The canvas= 17.5" x 15" . It will come up beautiful after restoration. I bought this at auction thinking I could get it repaired and do not have the resources to do so. It has dates and numbers on it as pictured and very hard to read. It is signed, and the frame company has a pasted information on the back top of frame. Salividor Mundi is a sticker type patch on the back (as shown). Which tells us Italy. This has not been researched at all. It could well be worth a lot of money. My loss could be your gain. I believe the signature is Oleografia Di Borzino Milan because that is the name on the back. The frame has a patch of paper on the top which I think may be from Philadelphia? It is very old print and says Broad Street. Yet, every big city would have a broad street. Finally I had an expert look at this fine art and he believes this is the work of a student which understudied a famous/well known artist. Whom that artist is he could read more
