Up for auction is a nice sterling pair of salt cellars. They have three feet each and are designed quite beautifully. They are each hallmarked on the side however, the hallmark is faded and hard to see. What I can make out is an anchor symbol, a lion symbol and the letter A. The maker symbol appears that it may be Adie Bros Ltd. That symbol is the most faded. They still need a little more shining and one foot on one of the salts has a nick in it that is hard to notice because it is near the back of the foot. Both are marked on the bottom, "Sterling Made in England." They are about 3 oz each. The mouth of the cellar is about 2 1/4" in diameter. I believe they are from the 30's. T are some light usage marks but these appear quite lovely for their age. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
