Pair Sterling Silver Napkin Rings - Antique George VI A fine pair of antique George VI English sterling silver napkin rings - boxed; part of our silverware collection Description These fine antique George VI sterling silver napkin rings have an octagonal form. The napkin rings are embellished with panels of engine turned decoration incorporating a vacant rectangular cartouche to one side. These George VI napkin rings are ornamented with applied decorated borders. The napkin rings are fitted to a hinged leatherette, satin and velvet lined box. Maker : Mappin & Webb Origin : Birmingham, England Date : 1937 Condition These antique napkin rings are a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in good condition. Full hallmarks are struck to the surface of each napkin ring are rubbed but legible as would be expected of hallmarks in this position in keeping with age.
