Please scroll all the way down for payment and combined shipping information. An antique pearl button made with two layers. The top piece is smoky, dark and iridescent, and the base is shimmery white with flashes of color. The intricate design is of a beautifully carved rose with leaves and a rose hip at the left. The layers are held together with two smooth headed steel pins. It measures about 1 1/16" and is a 2-hole sew-thru. This button is in very good condition, but it could also use a more thorough cleaning - you can see dirt under the top layer. I gave it a gentle wipe with a damp cloth, but will leave anything further to the new owner. There is also some light rust around the steel pins.
