Thiswas published by George Philip and Son of London, England, in 1856. This is not a modern reproduction or facsimile edition. T is no reserve! The atlas consists of 42 double-page maps by engraved J. H. Johnson. Each map is colored by hand in the outline. Each double-page map measures about 24" wide, by 20" tall to the outer neat line with ample margins for framing. Each map is blank on the reverse. is a list of the maps included in the atlas...
