This elegant piano stool, believed to be Edwardian, is in good condition for its age with some slight scratches. The seat, which is upholstered in gold coloured material, lifts to allow access to the sheet music storage compartment beneath. The front legs are decorated with a thin wood lining to accentuate the curved design. The fron t panel is similarly lined and also decorated with a wood inlay diamond shaped lo zenge.Dimensions are: Height - 738mm to top of curved back , 687mm to top of arms Width - 493mm at widest curve of legs Depth - 373mm fron t to back Seat area - 402mm wide x 337mm deepBeing sold because we no longer have a piano.Stool weighs 6.7Kg so it is being offered as "collection only" but would be happy to deal with successful bidder 's courier. The ruler being used to prop open the seat is not included in the sale but I am happy to accept offers.
