Platform Rocking Chair Purchased at an estate auction, this lovely upholstered platform rocker is in very good condition with scuffs and scratches, typical of its age. I purchased it for myself ~ it has adorned my living room, but now am redecorating and it needs a new home! Very comfortable, seat is low to the ground with a nice high back. It is a favourite chair of my aunt who loves that it is very easy to get in and out of. Upholstery is textured like tapestry and is clean. Shows minor wear and slight soiling to the arms, but has no rips, tears or holes. Intriquite carving to the top of the chair, the sides and the armrests. Wood is solid. Absolutely NO odours and is free from smoke. Please see photos below: My home is smoke free and pet free! Due to size and weight, local pick-up only please.
