This set was manufactured some time around 1938 and is in mint condition. Featuring a beautiful embossed (raised surface) design with scalloped edges trimmed in gold, each piece displays the distinctive "W" Wawel manufacturer's mark. Included are the following pieces: 6 Dinner Plates (10.5" in diameter) 12 Bread Plates (6.5" in diameter) 12 saucers (5.75" in diameter) 11 teacups 2 full sized meat/service platters** 1 large vegetable serving bowl 5 salad bowls 1 soup bowl or smaller service bowl 1 creamer 1 sugar bowl 1 sugar bowl lid As an added bonus to the winning bidder I will be including several "spare" pieces.
