This auction is for a fabulous ANTIQUE FRENCH BISCUIT TIN BOX. The box measures 7 1/4" wide x 5 1/2 " deep x 2 1/16" ht. It is in Very good condition with all sides very readable and only minor rubbing on edges. The box reads on the top: POLO Gaufrettes Fourrees Au Praline, Felix Potin and the far right corner a trade mark seal with the word Paris. the front and back side reads:POLO Manufacture de Biscuits Felix Potin Paris. the right and left side reads: Gaufrettes Polo Great muted colors of blues, reds and pale yellow. Top shows a Polo player and horse with 5 in back ground and polo sticks through the logo. Very nice addition for the collector of tins, or POLO items. We are offering this item at NO RESERVE!!!
