Phrenology Inkwell This porcelain inkwell is an newer exact replica of an antique phrenology head inkwell. Not an antique, it's old stock with some signs of light wear but no chips or cracks. Has never been used, was for display only. Has handpainted cobalt blue detailing and black lettering. Victorian science was fascinated with the human brain. Phrenology was one of the results of in depth research.
