THANK YOU SO MUCH, I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU TAKING THE TIME TO LOOK AT MY LITTLE PIECE OF HISTORY ... Every week we go to our country auction , we have such a blast seeing all this great really old stuff, never knowing what you'll find...this week it was a lot of primitives, paper collectibles, and pretty things.. not 60s,70s,vintage stuff, but really old antique stuff. I like to think that my eBay buyers are enjoying the auction with me.... PLEASE look at my other items you will see more great things for sale. I never buy the run of the mill stuff, I like real old, primitive items, that you can bet, know one else will have. THE DETAILS: I'm so sorry, but I know nothing about post cards, I bought this lot because it had a couple of halloween cards that I collect...the rest I put up for sale. I would say t are at least 200 give or take a few. T are a few that I don't know if they're a post card or collectible card...the black and white ones, and a sewing card advertisment, etc. I tried to give you an example of the different type/ages of these cards, as you can see most of them are very antique, most on the right side (looking from the middle of our counter) have never been mailed or even wrote on...I think this person was a post card collector or had a variety store. It would be maddening for me to list defects, so I took a zillion pictures for you, and paid extra so you could "supersize" them, but before you bid, please note, because t are so many I am selling them as is. So, if you need more specific pictures or if you have questions please feel free to email me, anytime. If you look at all my listing you will see I usually list very old items, so I can promise you, t is no "current" cards in this group........t are some vintage ones on the way right (looking from the middle of our counter),mostly of maine, boats, lighthouses, beaches, etc....they have never been used and are really nice, I think they are from the 50's. T - on the way left- is a small pile (on the big picture showing all the cards) I did not spread out individually, that I think are rough, but you may think they're just fine....I tried to show you what I think is a pretty good post card, but please note, that I'm comparing them to the "never used" cards, but we must also remember they are used/mailed so they won't be perfect...sorry, hope I'm not making you crazy trying to decribe these cards :) The cost for shipping is only what it cost us to get it to you, parcel post, or priority if you like, just let us know. We never add in misc. fees unless agreed to by all parties. However, we do recommend insurance and will always include the cost onto your invoice, but it's your decision, you can elect not to add that fee into your final shipping cost, however that limits our liability should something go wrong in transit. Please look at my other items for sale; Let me do the hunting for you! I go to many country auctions in Maine to find the most unique items that I can find. I like to find items that you can pretty much bet that know when else will have. The pieces I like to list are usually what designer/decorators love to work with. I also like to find unique collectors items that are usually 100 (give/take) years old. I hope you enjoy looking, and check often because my items change weekly.
