What a wonderful old Souvenir Postcard Album. The pages are in good condition with no tears that I can see. It has had postcards in it at one time as I can see some areas where they have been. The only real problem I see is the inside spine between the cover and first page there is some wear but still strong. The cover & back has a crocodile pattern to it but I think its paper and not leather. It has a bit of a stored musty smell but not bad. Measures 10" x 12.5".
