s a chance to aquire one of the best, and i do mean best, early apothecary spice cupboards that you will see and if your in the market for a totally awsome piece than this is it-this old original apothecary has an outstanding 26 drawer count and dates from around the turn of the last century and i believe it to be originally a seed cabinet from an old general store because of its makers tag still attached at top-this piece was actually made by an old company that produced such cabinetry and is not a make do piece thrown together from wood scraps-thus it has exquisitely done trim and detail with a superbly formed folk art top finial crown-measuring an impressive 24 1/2''h x 24''w x 8'' total depth, it is without any damage or significant wood loss and just shows a gorgeous true old original worn green painted surface patina that is as right as rain-what also makes this piece exceptionally unique is the rimmed edge top, that could be used for additional storage and which i invision primitive smalls looking fantastic on-all in all this is just an extraordinary early apothecary piece that is top in its class and guarenteed to more than please-if concerned, please estimate your own individual shipping going ups and of coarse adding a couple inches for packaging however pick up is allways welcome-for those unfamiliar with my listings, i list early original primitives regularly and your invited to take a walk through anytime-thank you...............................i only say this to benefit and alert the seriously interested, that within the first couple hours i listed this i allready had almost ten watchers of this chest within that time-so not to pressure, but if you will be quite sad to see it go, then i would seriously consider the well worth it buy it now option, which i dont usually have on my listings-good luck and thanks.
