ITEM DETAILS Up for auction is a primitive antique food dehydrator called the U.S.Cook Stove Drier manufactured by E.B.Fahrney, Wayensboro,Pa. in the late 1800's-early 1900's. This was set on top of a cook stove to dry food for storage. This item was not used much as t is very little sign of use. It is missing the cutting board that would have set on top. This has 8 sliding drawers that have wire mesh bottoms so the heat would rise to all drawers. This item is 14 1/2"W x 20" deep x 25 1/2" tall. Wood and wire mesh in very good condition. No splits, tears, or repairs. Overall this item is in very good or better condition. Item to be shipped by Fedex with insurance included. No shipping to P.O.Boxes.
