ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE PINE WOOD STORAGE BOX WITH SLIDING LID This very nice box was recently found in south central Pennsylvania. It measures 8-1/8" long x 3-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall. It features a sliding lid, rabbet joints at all corners, traces of red and green paint on the lid, good wear, a nice patina and a clean interior. The box remains in good condition without any damage except for general wear and some missing slivers of wood as is typical of primitive boxes. The lid works properly and closes completely.
