These are soooo pretty and would look great in any vintage decor or a wonderful addition to any collection of antique glassware! I sure hope they find a goood home to be enjoyed now that I am over my"Victorian" collecting! These are 2 of my favorite pieces from my china cabinet! I found the pitcher at an antique store many years ago in downtown Upland, CA. The matching spooner I found in El Paso about 5 years ago at an estate sale! I was thrilled to discover they had the same pattern! They both have that purplish tint due to aging and a beautiful pressed glass pattern- I don't know its age or pattern name & sure would appreciate hearing from anyone that can give me some info! The spooner has nics around the top inside rim- did not matter to me! Also feels rough around the base but you can't see any nics or cracks/chips- the pitcher looks to be in goood condition for its age with age wear only. They both have some scratches but no biggies when you consider how many times they were used daily by the Victorians way back when! The pitcher stands about 9 1/4 inches with a circumference of about 15 inches ( not including the handle) & about 6 inches across the top from the spout to the handle Oh! You can see air bubbles in the handle!- the spooner is almost 4.5 inches tall -9 inches around, & about 3.5 inches across at the top. Selling them both "as is"- all my sales are final- ask your questions before bidding please. I am clearing out lots of glassware from my china cabinet and Christmas stuff, etc- I always combine shipping so check daily! Thank you~
