Bought from a friend almost 20 years ago and for what it's worth, he told me it was valuable. He's probably right - I just think it's beautiful. I don't know the kind of wood or how old it is, but the craftsmanship is amazing - almost every piece is screwed or bolted. Interior light works like a refridgerator door but left door is slightly tweaked, I think it could be adjusted. The shelf above radio section was added - don't know when. It used to have a turntable and place to lay loose records which could be stored on the left and right of the radio, respectively (10" and 12"). In lieu of replacing the vacant old chassis, it made a beautiful liquor cabinet for me. Entire front has only minor dents and light scratchs easily respective to age. Top back corners and cover veneer are by far the only major flaws. I tried to show this in the pictures. Pick up only - directly east of Kanas City MO in Independence, just off of I-70.
