This antique Rand McNally terrestrial globe is 12" in diameter. It is guessed to come to us from the 19th century. It is very rare and has a metal (we believe it to be copper or bronze) base signed on all three side "R&M." It has three bird claw legs attached to smaller globes. Circa 1850-1880. It stands 22" tall and 12" in circualr diameter. This is a museum quality piece with a numbered degree ring and sits on a tilt. It is a perfect centerpiece for any cartographical collection.
