Up for auction is this great ANTIQUE RENULIFE VIOLET RAY GENERATOR--THIS WAS USED TO TREAT TUMORS AND VARIOUS OTHER MEDICAL AILMENTS. T hese Antique Medical Quackery Kits are becoming highly collectable and would make a great addition to anyone's collection. The kit includes: case, three wands, instructions, a paper written about the uses of this instrument and a Bakelite Handled Violet Ray Generator. This unit remains untested, as I was not sure how to use it--tfore, it is being sold as a Medical Curiosity--with no warranty. ****(on 3/7/07)--Someone email me and asked me to test it and as per their instructions, I tested it and it does indeed work --- the wand glows purplish and makes a weird humming noise. The ANTIQUE RENULIFE VIOLET RAY GENERATOR is in very good used condition for its age--please see pictures for best indication of detail and quality.
