Antique Rivet Press Horse Harness Leather Tool. Reads " PONY ", on one side, and " 17 ", on the other. Patent Dates " March 1 ", " OCT 5 ", " 1800 ". ( SEE RUBBING PHOTO ) About 6.5", with the handle down, and about 12", with the handle up. Base appears to possibly be bronze or similar metal. T is a rivet/tack compartment in the base. Possibly used for horse harness or related leather work, hence the name "PONY". US Sales Only Please. SOLD "AS IS". USPS Money Orders or PAYPAL only please.
