I have up for sale a vintage original Robbins & Myers brass blade electric fan. It is in Excellent Original Condition Condition - the base is very clean and the paint is excellent with any wear being very light/minimal. No damages - no breaks, cracks, repairs, etc. It stands approx 18" tall -the blades are brass & measure approx 12" in total. It also heavy weighing approx 19lbs. It has 3 speeds and works fine as far as I can tell. I have not used it for any extended use -but all 3 speeds work and it turns on and off as should be. The cord is the old original and should be replaced as it has some wear. The cage is in very nice shape -some light wear but no damages or repairs.I have alot of pics for your viewing pleasure. I am surely not an expert when it comes to this type of item so use my pics as a guide for condition. Please view and inspect all the pics -click on the images to enlarge for better detail.Make your own condition assessments. The fan is working fine but I would suggest a good cleaning and oiling if you are going to use it. Along with a nice cord & plug of course. You are buying it just as you see it. Insurance is not included in with the shipping charges but can be obtained at your expense.BID WITH CONFIDENCE!!! cell Vic. The brass tag has stamped on it - List Number 2410. I will remove the blade and cage and package in a separate box. Please email after the sale with any packaging or shipping preferences -make contact before paying. The shipping charges are an estimate - I will submit the invoice shortly after the details are worked out. I want to ensure the items safe delivery as well as cover my expenses. If you have any questions please ask before bidding. I may be out of town several days during the auction and may not be able to email -I am due back a couple days before the end of the sale. The fan does not oscillate to the best of my knowledge but I may be simply ignorant of the method inwhich to enable this to work.If anyone knows if t is a trick to this or if it is simply a non-oscillating model please let me know becasue I am confused on this myself.THE FAN DOES OSCILLATE - I FINALLY FIGURED OUT THE LITTLE TRICK TO DOING SO. SO YES IT OSCILLATES PERFECTLY!
