Welcome to springtime in Nebraska w we are recovering from a blizzard on Friday but are enjoying the sunshine and warm temps today! Today I am offering for sale an antique Roseville cigerette box that belonged to my grandmother and my mother has had it stored in her china hutch since grandma died in 1977 and would like for me to sell it. It is in mint condition! It features a cactus flower on the lid and is a beautiful deep rose in color. The marking on the bottom is "Roseville U.S.A. 740." The lid measures 4 7/8 inches across and 3 3/4 inches wide. The inside box portion measures 3 1/4 inches by 4 1/4 inches. The box is 2 3/8 inches high with the lid on. T are no chips, cracks, crazing at all. T is a small spot on the lid that shows in the picture that is under the glazing so it was t in manufacturing. T is also an identical spot on one side under the glazing. On one narrow side of the box t appear to be 2 paint runs that are also under the glazing and not noticable at all when the lid is on and only when you look closely. This is a beautiful piece that would nicely as a jewelry keepsake box. If you have any questions, please ask. We have $1.50 handling charge built into our shipping calculator and once we ship, we take the actual cost of shipping, add the $1.50 to that, and will gladly refund your paypal account any overcharge. I would highly recommend the optional insurance on this item due to our postal system's method of handling packages.
