You are bidding on a wonderful Fereral sofa from 1829-1830, in SOLID rosewood, and button tufted leather! This piece has been COMPLETELY RESTORED from pieces in a box! We have countless pictures of the restoration from begening to end! The sofa measures 86" long and 43 1/2" high to the crest and the seat is 17 1/2 off the floor. This piece on the east coast is reaching prices of $4,000.00 to $7,000.00! We have had this piece for about 1 year in our shop in Denver, Co. and can't move it for the style in Mission Oak. We are the ones that did the complete restoration on this piece. You may call with any questions you may have. We are listing MANY pieces of furniture to close the antique store side of our building to expand our restoration shops. You will gain from our need for the space. T is NO reserve on this sofa and I will be offering money back on this if not happy. This piece also comes with an Alstate insurance appraisal!
