Ryan's Relics Auction's This auction is for an absolutely beautiful Royal Dux Art Nouveau woman figure. I believe this is early 1900's. She is absolutely stunning. All hand painted in the highest detail. This is of a woman carrying two large urns. She stands just under 16" in height and from urn to urn measures aprox 12" in width. She is a very fragile piece. She is in wonderful condition, but not perfect. She is mising her big tow on her right leg and some of the paint has chipped away of her hair on the top of her head. All as pictured. To have her flowing hair still intact is a real find. Im sure that with a little artistic work her toe can be resulpted and her hair touched up with some paint if desired. They are minor flaws. Stamped Royal Dux Bohemia on the base with a hand painted 63. next to it. Also the number 2589 is stamped into the base and a roman numeral "II" is next to it. Came out of a beautiful local estate.
