Royal Halsey. I can remember seeing these at her house even when I was very young, so I estimate them to be from the early 1930s. I also have a set of 4 Noritake bowls in another listing, red stamp, from the early 30s, they are square shaped, and that style was from the 1920s. These are likely very old, as are the dessert bowls. The main colors are white and what I call periwinkle.
