It has what appears to be the remnant of a #3 on the front, so I'm assuming it's a three gallon crock. The inside of this thing is very nice...it's not all scratched up or damaged. Speaking of damage the only thing I see wrong with this crock is the small chip in the rim (as shown in the photo below). The crock measures 9" high and 6.5" across the top. One viewer suggested that the size aligns better with a one gallon crock and that's probably more accurate than a three gallon size, even though it looks like a 3 on the front.
