Custom made, antique, natural sapphire and diamond cuff links. Set in 18k white gold. These cuff links have a very unique family history. Custom made for and worn by the Joseph Massei from the notorious "Purple Gang" of the Detroit Mafia . . . One of histories deadliest Mafia gangs.
