I SHIP WORLDWIDE! This is a very unusual and impressive scientific device from the early 1900s. It is a hand powered vacuum pump. The wood base measures 24'' x 9.5'' and the height to the tallest point is 30'' The piece shows normal wear for its age. The finish on the mahogany is worn away in places and t are nicks and gouges in the wood. One of the wooden legs is just slightly shorter than the other three (about 1/8'' shorter) The glass dome is in perfect condition with NO chips or cracks, but t is a minor chip along the edge of the bottom glass plate that the dome rests on. The glass is textured and the chip (more of a bruise) is not very noticible. Aside from these minor flaws it is in good original condition. More similar items in my other auctions.
