Up for bids are these Three wonderful Antique Scrimshaw Billiken Ivory Teeth (Whale or Walrus) These gorgeous Billikens came from the Estate of a 90 year old women who had nothing but the highest quality items. The largest of the three measures 3 1/2" tall, the smaller ones are a little less than 2" tall. They have no chips. The larger Billiken has some hairline cracks - 2 at the base (see 3rd pic); one on the front (center) and a a couple tiny ones in front. i don't know alot about ivory. These just seem natural too me (like stress or age cracks). They do not detract from the integrity or beauty of this piece. The smaller ones are perfect.
