Presents... Antique Secretary Drop Front Desk Bookcase Walnut NR NO RESERVE! we have an original antique secretary desk. I imagine it dates from about 1910 to 1940. I believe that the wood is walnut but please look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Overall, the desk is in solid condition with no major damage to mention. It is a used desk and has the associated wear and tear of a piece of this age. T are three serpentine drawers, the desk portion and a two shelf book case. The piece has claw feet and a key for the locks. The desk does not lock and would need a small repair, the top book case locks fine. Desk measures 27 1/2" by 16" by about 75". This is an older desk and has some repairs but overall it is very nice looking and fully functioning. Please view photos for condition and to see what all is included. If you have any further questions, please ask before bidding. Local pickup is preferred, but we can also have this shipped to you at your expense. We will help you arrange shipping with movers of your choice. Payment, Shipping, Returns, & Policies Payments accepted are: Paypal, Money Orders, or Checks. (Checks may encounter delayed shipping for funds to be cleared.) All payments must be drawn on US Funds. We expect payment to be made in a timely manner, no longer than 7 days from the auction closing please. All major credit cards accepted through Paypal. Flat rate shipping charges can be found in the description or at the bottom of this auction page. We charge a flat rate for shipping to all buyers in the United States. It is easier for us and for our customers. No hidden charges or calculated rates that can be confusing. Included within the shipping charges are postage, delivery confirmation/tracking, and packaging/handling Fee. Insurance is optional at the buyer's expense. Insurance cost will be $2.00 per $100.00 covered. Insured items under $50.00 may be self-insured or third party insured by JCKURAU. Please ask for an international shipping quote if you are located outside of the US. If damage occurs during shipping to an insured item JCKURAU will file the claim on the buyer's behalf. We strive to make our descriptions as accurate as possible but if you feel that the item is significantly different than the description you have 5 days to return the item to us. Please inspect all pictures and carefully read the description prior to bidding. Refunds will be processed after merchandise is inspected and restocked. JCKURAU takes no responsibility for UNINSURED items damaged during shipping after leaving our facilities. Return shipping and original shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. Insurance is available on all items sold by JCKURAU at the buyer's expense.
