Here is a recent estate find from a Historic New England Estate. This is a Rare Antique 19th Century SESSIONS "Admiral 704" Black Pillar Column Mantel Clock in Good Condition. It has a Beautiful Footed Black Lacquer Wood Case with Brass Accents, and Ornate Pillar Columns. It measures approx. 19" wide x 11.5" tall x 7.5" deep. The dial is made of Paper over Tin with Brass Accents. It is signed "Sessions". The Brass Mechanical movement is an 8 day Chime and strike movement, with Coil Spring Gong Chime ,which chimes the correct amount of times on the hour, and a Bell Chime which chimes once on the half hour. The Original SESSIONS "Admiral 704" Paper Label is on the back too!!! Included is the Original Winding Key and Pendulum. This clock runs strong and keeps excellent time, but will probably need to be lubed and adjusted again after shipping! Due to the delicate nature of these old clocks, I am selling this "as is" with No Reserve. Don't pass this one up, You won't find one like this again!!!! This is Estate fresh, sold as found.
