This is a set of 12 matching dinner plates, 10 1/4" in diameter. The 1 1/2" border is a mottled cobalt blue with raised flowers and gold trim. The center is a painted floral basket on white. All but one have the "Copeland Spode England" logo mark on the back as photographed. Three have "17" stamped on the back. All the plate bottoms have a 4 digit number painted in red that varies; most of them are "6942" or "2694". My antique dealer friends tell me that these are from 1910-1920, and that all the plates have a nice ring to them. All the plates are in very good condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. T are some manufacturer's blemishes and minor tablewear. I am not an expert in fine china, but will be happy to answer any questions. The set of 12 plates weigh 16 lbs., they will be packed professionally, double boxed and fully insured. Thank you for looking
