is a lovely Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantle Clock dated on the back paper label "September 7, 1880 and #102" . I know zilch about antique clocks but did a little research, this is missing it's paper clock face and has a few small dings. The clock has a lovely chime and seems to work, I don't want to over wind it or damage the movement so I will leave that to someone else. Has been in a collection for years and is being sold "as is", shows wear to the brass ornaments. 16" wide, 11" tall and 6" deep. Very light , I was surprised, and will not take too much to ship. Please ask me any questions prior to bidding and thanks for looking....Patty. Update: A wonderful ebayer sent me two notes, please see them for great information...this helped me date this clock to January 1899. Many thanks to the kind person who sent me this invaluable info.
