Welcome! This is an Empire style settee that would be a great candidate for reupholstery. It is very old though I am not sure of its age. ( I am not a professional you know :) It is solid wood with a Flame Mahogany finish! T are some chips in the finish and the fabric is worn with some tears but it has so much potential!!!! It has a carved crest with a rose, leaves and some small flowers and a shell type design carved in the apron at the bottom. It is truly unique! This piece is priced very reasonably and will give the buyer the freedom to choose its happily ever after! (upholstery fabric) ha ha! Dimensions: It is approx 34 inches at its tallest point, 52 inches at its widest and 27 inches deep. I did my research before listing this piece and I could not find anything similar to this piece on Ebay in current or completed lisitngs. I think that, in addition to the fact that I have never seen one like it before makes it unique!!! Shipping! Pick-up is preferred, but I can assist you with finding a shipper.
