is a matchbox holder made by the Shawnee Pottery Company. The pattern is called "Flower & Fern". It's turquoise in color and has no cracks or chips. T are couple of glaze skips and someone has dripped some white paint on it that I will let the buyer remove. It also needs a good cleaning. It stands 5 and 1/2" tall. The shawnee pottery company was in business from 1937 to 1961. That makes this item at least 46 years old. The 2004 shawnee book (Mangus) puts a value of $95 to $100 on this item.
