Antique Short Wardrobe / Cupboard I have no idea how old it is but it looks great. My photos do not do it justice. More photos are available on request. No major damage on the outside. Inside, two shelves had been retro-fitted in the area where the clothes hanger rail is. These used screws that stuck slightly proud on one side, this has caused very minor holes which anybody with any knwoledge of wood could easily restore. I have removed the shelves but they are still with it if you want them. I suspect this wardrobe has been used as a TV unit or similar in the past. There is a shoe rack at the bottom which needs a couple of new poles fitted. This would not be hard to do. My historical knowledge of this item is very limited. I think it is quite possibly from the 1920's but I can not confirm this. I do not know what wood is used although it might possibly be oak. It was given to me by a friend who moved house recently but despite my best efforts I just do not have the space for it. I must also mention there is a key lock but the key is missing.
