AntiqueChalkware Bust of a Young Girl Description : Antique beige chalkware / plaster of paris bust of a young nurse, arms leaning on a tasseled cushion, her head resting on her hand, reading a book. Her shirt partially open over her shoulder. Very aesthetic and peaceful to look at. Inscribed on the back with G. Van Vaerenbergh. Famous Belgium sculptor in various mediums. C.1873-1927 and D 12 Weighs approx. 4 1/2 pounds unpacked. Measures approx. 10 1/2 inches high and 8 inches wide at it's base. Condition: Partial paint loss and a small chip on the hat but otherwise is in very good condtion.
