This is an exquisite early 1900's era large Miller Bent Panel Slag Glass Art Nouveau 3 Light Table Lamp. The shade consists of 8 panels of bent variegated caramel slag glass and a matching border of gorgeous variegated 4 long green bent slag glass panels. The glass panels exhibit a fire-y glow when lit. The lamp has stunning embossed metal filigree which includes acanthus leaves, flowers, urns, scrolls and geometric lines. An original light socket is signed: "MILLER LAMPS" inside its logo box. This is photographed for your viewing. The quality, the artistic designs and sound construction and refinement of details also shine through as that of a "MILLER" lamp. The bottom base of the lamp has an old leathery cover that may hide the Miller name. The lamp measures 27 inches high and 9 ½ inches wide. The shade is 20 inches wide. The outside of the shade has a beautiful patina of old antique gold among the bronze like metal areas. The tall 3 light socket base has graceful embossed lines, sprays of acanthus leaves and tiny embossed dots in boxes between the leaves. The bent slag glass panels are held in place inside the lamp with brass straps and tabs. The lamp is in good condition with no cracks. This beautiful large 3 light signed MILLER bent panel slag glass Art Nouveau lamp would make an exquisitely beautiful addition for a collection/display/use! The old original fabric electrical cord should be replaced for safety reasons. Correction: The old electrical cord which should be replaced for safety reasons is not the original fabric cord.
