The estate owner was a prominent figure in the New England area and was a serious collector of very fine things. The collection was acquired through out her life from all over the world. She was a serious traveler and had an amazing eye for unique and beautiful things. The auction lasted for two eight-hour days and was dedicated solely to this outstanding collection. All proceeds were given to various charities that the woman had designated to go to before her death. Everything that I'm selling from this collection is an antique unless otherwise stated. Everything is guaranteed as stated. Please take a look at all my auctions, as I will be listing all items acquired from this collection in the next several days. Up for auction is this beautiful very heavy 20 pound solid bronze with silver finish centerpiece. The piece is very impressive and has a fantastic art nouveau flair. The piece measures 13" tall and 15.5" wide. The base needs to be tightened and t is one small screw that is missing on the bottom of one handle that should be replaced, as it's a little bit loose.
