This beautiful .800 silver flatware set made by famous German maker Jacob Grimminger - Schwabisch GmundThe firm was founded in 1893 and by the 1930 had a fine reputation all over Europe as a producer of modern silver.ref: Art Nouveau and Art deco Silver - by Annelies Krekle-Aalberse . This makers hallmark is also unusual because it has the Star of David with the initial G inside.
