NO RESERVE ! This is a remarkable piece that is from my Grandmother's estate. It has a unique design: the double shell opens at the top and folds down to expose two seperate chambers that are covered with elegantly pierced grills. You raise the grills to reveal your lovely baked goods which have been kept warm by the hearth! What a quaint image this paints! What a lovely piece! Elegant designs along the legs, handles, and feet. View our close-up photos to get the full effect! This item is in excellent condition. It has been freshly polished, has no dents, dings, or scratches. This has been in our family for its entire existance. It is a very old piece that was made in England. Similar items are listed for hundreds more than our starting price. We would like someone to have it who would truly value its history and unique design. This piece is very heavy for its size - it measures 10.5" high and 8" wide when folded up. When open, it folds out to about 13" inches wide and 8" across. OUR POLICY: We do not take exchanges or give replacements. Shipping Insurance is extra, and is highly recommended. All of our parts are guaranteed to work upon delivery. We will accept returns for full refund if DOA. We do not reimburse shipping charges, and you must pay return postage. PAYMENT: You must pay within 3 days of Auction's end. If you intend to send payment via post, then you must notify us within 48 hours and inform us so that we do not relist your item. Postal Money Orders and Paypal are preferred. If you must pay by check, please contact me prior to bidding for approval. The item will not be shipped until the check has cleared, which may increase delivery time by 7 to 10 days. SHIPPING: T is a flat rate for shipping to the lower 48 states. No international shipping available. I will be glad to email you the tracking number for your purchase if requested. Also, if you are local, pickup is always fine, (and preferred!) however, you must inform prior to the auctionâe(tm)s end to avoid shipping charges. Formal arrangements must be made 48 hours after purchase. Items must be picked up within 10 days or will be returned to our inventory and auctioned off again.
