Antique banded agate dip and matching pencil the metal is unmarked so will be silver plated or chrome. The pencil is not a retractable one, the end part screws off and to replace the lead.pic 3 Condition The agate is good, there are no cracks or chips the metal wear is good untarnished and no dents or splits. The nib is slightly parted but easily replacable.
