ANTIQUE SILVER TEA SPOON (1810) by P & W Bateman.ScrollDownFor8Photosmand&Info Due to a unfortunate death in the family we have numerous pieces of Gold, Silver and Silver Plate etc from my Aunties Estate for sale. As time allows I will be loading them onto our Ebay site. If you are interested, it may be a good idea to bookmark it! Very interesting piece of Silver, apart from it being so old! With it being essayed in 1810 in the Reign George III. Made by Peter & William Bateman, this is the mark they used from 1805 to 1814. Hallmarked London, Lion, letter 'P' and the Sovereigns head facing 'right'. Monogramed with the letter 'G'. As stated the condition is good. Has one slight 'dint' on the bottom of the Bowl which just shows on the 'concave' upperside. Tried to photo without success. Total Weight about 13grams. Lengh 5inch.
