's a nice addition for your collection, a vintage/antique Bully Good Skookum Doll with Papoose, about 13 inches tall. This doll has a beaded necklance, along with black braids with lacing woven in and is wearing a flowered skirt; Both the doll and papoose are covered with a wool blanket, unlike those I have seen before, as it has a binding sewn to it. Intact tag on foot says: "SKOOKUM (BULLY GOOD) INDIAN" along with "TRADEMARK REGISTERED"; and "PATENTED." Both the doll and papoose have nice expressions; a very nice example in very good to excellent condition--t is a dark-ish line on the face that may come off with cleaning, along with minor wear on the edges of the leather shoes. From the local estate of a lifelong doll collector, you will probably know more about the exact age of this doll than I do. I have tried to illustrate as many aspects of the doll and her condition as possible in the photos, so please check them out to see this great doll for yourself.
